3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not share access to your account in a way that violates these Terms or creates a security risk.

4. Free and Paid Plans

ContentForge AI may offer both free and paid plans. Each plan may include different usage limits, features and access levels.

Free-plan limits and Pro-plan limits may be updated in the future as the service develops. Any material changes will be reflected on the Pricing page.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing cycle shown during checkout unless the subscription is cancelled.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. ContentForge AI does not directly store your full payment-card information.

Subscription prices, billing periods and included features will be displayed before you complete payment.

6. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription-management tools provided in ContentForge AI.

Where applicable, cancelling renewal does not immediately remove access to an already-paid billing period. Your Pro access may continue until the end of that paid period.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by artificial intelligence may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unexpected results.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, relying on or using it professionally.

ContentForge AI does not guarantee that every generated output will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose or free from third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentForge AI to break applicable laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the platform, bypass usage limits or deliberately misuse the service.

9. Usage Limits

Accounts may have monthly generation limits based on their plan. Attempts to bypass or manipulate these limits may result in restricted access or account suspension.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep ContentForge AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party service interruptions, technical problems or other circumstances outside our control.

11. Third-Party Services

ContentForge AI depends on third-party services for features such as artificial intelligence, authentication, database hosting, application hosting and payment processing.

Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and service limitations.
